Dear Delegates and Sponsors,

It is my pleasure to invite you to the third annual Virginia Tech Model United Nations Conference, VTMUNC III. The conference will take place Friday, March 14^th through Sunday, March 16^th on Virginia Tech?s campus. The Model United Nations program at Virginia Tech is growing steadily, and with the incredible efforts of the International Relations Organization (IROVT) this year's conference will surely be a memorable experience.

VTMUNC III promises to offer innovative and exciting committees coupled with an experienced staff. Delegates will also have the chance to explore Virginia Tech and its surroundings in beautiful Blacksburg, VA.

This year, conference scholarships will be established in honor of the three dedicated IROVT members who lost their lives on April 16^th. The scholarships will be awarded to students on an application basis. Recipients of the scholarship will receive a waiver of delegate and hotel fees, and have their food expenses throughout the conference covered. Details on qualifications and how to apply will be available in late September.

Early: By Friday, November 23^rd - no school registration fee plus $55 per delegate.
Regular: By Friday, January 25^th - $25 school registration fee plus $55 per delegate.
Late: By Friday, February 22^nd - $50 school registration fee plus $55 per delegate
